ABOUT NSX
Our Staff
Each centre has a team of carefully selected, fun-loving and caring staff awaiting your arrival at camp! They work together to ensure you have the care and support you require from the moment you arrive at camp through to the end of your stay.
Each staff member is trained and qualified to deliver a particular activity or sport and they take great pride and responsibility in what they do, treating everyone at camp equally, cheering you on and helping you make friends!
All staff are great at adapting their approach to each individual, whether you are a bit younger and away from home for the first time or a teenager looking for a bit of independence, they are there for you and want you to have the best time!
NSX Adventure also operates a staff to child ratio on all activities, this helps you to make friends with children of the same age and also ensures you have complete supervision at all times.
NSX Adventure’s reputation is such that we receive in excess of 10 applicants per position and are therefore able to select the very best. Our criteria for successful selection is based on qualifications, experience, personality and enthusiasm for working with children.
No one works for NSX Adventure without passing through the stringent interview and selection process; all staff have an enhanced DBS check and further child protection safeguards including our meticulous references checks. Due to the thoroughness of our checks, we have been awarded Gold Standard by the child protection organisation SAFEchild.
